Welcome to Gatherlee. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gatherlee mobile app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use Gatherlee.
2. Using the Service
Gatherlee lets you create shopping and to-do lists, share them with other people, tick items off, attach photos, and see items automatically translated across languages. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to upload content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, or harmful.
3. Shared lists and content
When you share a list, the people you invite can view it and — depending on the permission you grant — add, edit, or tick items. Content you add (item names, descriptions, photos) is visible to members of that list. You are responsible for the content you add and for who you share your lists with.
4. AI features
Photo item-detection and automatic translation are provided to help you and are generated automatically. They may not always be accurate. Please review detected or translated text before relying on it.
5. Availability
We work to keep Gatherlee available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable, interrupted, or changed. Features may be added or removed over time.
6. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gatherlee is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
